My Approach
Everyone struggles from time to time. It's what makes us human. Many challenges we're able to overcome on our own, but some are harder than others and require support. When working with individuals, I use an integrated therapy approach that combines functional contextualism, humanistic-existential psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). By integrating these approaches, I'm able tailor interventions to the unique needs and preferences of each client, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves, promoting growth and resilience, and facilitating positive changes in their lives.
